Name:
Saposhnikovia divaricata root transcriptome sequencing
Short Description:
Drought is one of the abiotic stresses that affect the growth and development of crops. As a traditional Chinese herb, Saposhnikovia divaricata is often subjected to different degrees of drought stress during its growth period. In order to explore the adaptation strategy of Saposhnikovia divaricata roots to short-term persistent drought stress, we sequenced its transcriptome and revealed its molecular mechanism of drought adaptation combining with physiology.
